**Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer**

**This is a fully remote (depending on need and projects) and full-time role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual static and dynamic content for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, marketing collateral, product packaging, online and offline campaigns.
- Basic video skills required to edit corporate and social media videos
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into impactful design solutions that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Select and work with suppliers/third parties for production of marketing & events collaterals across all our locations
- Review and provide feedback on designs produced by other team members to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Support the creation and execution of multimedia content, including video graphics and animations, to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Support Marketing Manager with all needed marketing & event collaterals, newsletter design etc.
- Support the Marketing Manager with the selection of branding and video production third parties where needed.
- Work with other departments to get content and information to create proper content
- Work closely with Digital team to plan visuals for campaigns across all channels

**Skills**:
**Requirements**:

- Creative content creation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, with an emphasis on digital and print design
- Excellent visual and typographic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in manufacturing, B2B organization is a plus
