**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop graphics, branding, logos, and layouts.
- Develop graphics for marketing and advertising materials, PR, social media, corporate branding, and website.
- Develop illustrations, logos, banners, infographics, and other designs by software or hand.
- Research design trends and proactively provide innovative ideas for design solutions in support of objectives and initiatives
- Work and collaborate with other team members including copywriters and management to produce final design, marketing, and promotional campaigns, etc.
- Corporate Identity materials (profile, flyers, business cards, letterheads, memos, events graphs, etc.)
- Knowledgeable about social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram).
- Assist with other graphic designers as needed.

**Education**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years' experience in graphic design.
- 2+ years of experience designing in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and other design software such as Canva.
- Strong illustration skills; **must be able to draw freehand.**:

- Experience in photo/ video editing.
- Experience in video making (motion graphics).
- Experience in UI/ UX design is preferred.

**Other Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience working with platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
- Highly skilled in the use of branding, design theory and print production process.
- Must be able to give and take creative criticism and refine designs incorporating outside feedback.
- Photography experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate, organized, comfortable managing multiple development projects at once.
- Ability to prioritize work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, flexible, and have the ability to handle multiple active jobs under pressure on a daily basis
- Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
- Strong English (written and spoken).
