Architect to focus on building an ongoing track record of delivery against defined time and quality requirements. Considered of sufficient caliber and maturity to represent the GDC in LPO forums under supervision.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Contributing to interdisciplinary coordination.
- Enhances skills in the latest technologies/software's to augment existing knowledge and develops skills in others.
- Competent in annotating the drawing with proper notes and specification clauses provided.
- Able to interrogate the information & be able to develop the sketches for the junior team.
- Assist senior team members in preparing the feasibility studies.
- Responsible for coordination between disciplines.
- Understands the design requirement. Awareness of the associated consultants/ contractors and the level of their involvement in the project.
- Has clear knowledge of different package details & buildability. Able to interrogate the information & be able to develop the sketches for the junior team.

**Core Requirements**
- B.Arch. Graduates with 5-15 years of relevant work experience. Master (M. Arch) is preferable.
- Advanced understanding of drawing information.
- Independent ability to execute instructions and mark-ups without supervision.
- Full understanding of RIBA Stages of Work.
- Good knowledge of the scope of work of different consultants and ability to leverage for coordination of their packages.
- Aware of local planning authority procedures of works

- Navis works - Dynamo
- AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Indesign, Enscape (preferred)
