**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all the Fulfillment and Logistics operations are running smoothly and effectively.
- Head Last mile, first mile, Middle mile & Fleet teams, own their KPIs & Matrices.
- Ensure Sary has the right capacity at the right time, at all levels “Fleet & Manpower”.
- Lead and initiate all the continuous improvement projects and programs for Logistics, Operations, Fulfilment and Sales teams.
- Manage the 3PLs working with Sary, Controlling and Monitoring their performance to reach the SLA.
- Ensure meeting Customer SLAs and Quality of service.
- Continues flow enhancement on both cost & SLA.
- Manage team organization & hiring the required capacities.
- Manage the day-to-day E-Commerce fulfillment operations.
- Manage everything related to the last-mile delivery cycle, including in-house and 3PLs.
- Maintain and improved last-mile delivery team SLA success ratio and other performance matrices.
- Maintain all HR-related aspects of the last-mile fleet team including hiring.
- Design and own last-mile fleet team compensation and benefits.
- Manage and improve fleet management practices, team and cost of operation.

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in a related field.
- From 4 to 7 years of experience in wholesale distribution or a related industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian market's fulfillment, last mile and logistics functions.
- Process-oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Data-oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills with another in-house team.
- Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
