**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Mentor teams on Agile techniques like estimation, planning, story mapping and guide them to stay on track with agile techniques
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
- Demonstrate willingness to listen and explore challenges with teams
- Work with product owners to define vision and ensure team is on the right track
- Ensure cross-team coordination
- Resolve and support critical issues and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, makes recommendations for changes in policies and procedures, if necessary, and participates in process improvement
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
- Prepare and deliver effective verbal and written communications regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholders
- Perform hands-on working including analysis, design, testing, and change management as needed by the team
- Ensure agile practices are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with keen attention to detail
- Highly proficient in English and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to adapt your communication style for the audience
- Ability to achieve results under pressure in a fast-paced client-driven environment
- Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., burndown techniques, retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- Experience managing 2+ projects with more than one team per project
- Experience working with International teams, customers.

**Preferred experience**
- Certification is preferred (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
- Hands on experience working with scaled agile frameworks
- Preferred previous or current experience in one or more of the following:

- C# and.NET framework (ASP.NET, TFS, VS)
- JS framework (Angular, React, Node)
- Industry, domain, and project experience in any of these is a huge plus:

- Medical Device (CGM experience is highly preferred)
- Life Sciences (specifically drug discovery/biotechnology, healthcare technologies such as electronic health records)
- Financial systems including and not limited to tax systems
- Previous experience with projects related to any of the following: robotics, IoT, machine learning, artificial intelligence
