Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for a **Business Development & Pre-sales Executive **who'll mainly be working and developing the presales department to support the Business Development & Account Management teams to expand the company and increase revenues through carrying out specific tasks & activities before a client is acquired. Presales will be work closely with Business Development, Service Delivery, and Technical and Partnerships resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the planning and preparation process of potential/existing accounts proposals/presentations.
- Build proposals for potential clients to support the BD team in the sales process.
- Build proposals for existing clients to support the AM team in the upwelling process.
- Deal with internal stakeholders (Service delivery and partnerships teams) to get all the data needed while building a proposal.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Create sales pitches for the BD team.
- Assist the BD team in qualifying potential customers.
- Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
- Conduct research on the Loyalty market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
- Study target Industry and specific target accounts to develop a business development report prior to approach or meeting setting with said accounts.
- Develop industry penetration strategy and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Attend and participate in business meeting as applicable.
- Assist in following up on new business opportunities and setting meetings.
- Assist in setting and developing expansion and growth strategies for the company.
- Work experience: 0 to 1 of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or other relevant studies.
- Driven, highly motivated and results driven.
- Establishing credibility and being decisive.
- Getting along with diverse personalities easily.
- Handling deadlines and responsibility.
- Possessing a sharp eye for detail.
- Possessing superior presentation skills.
- Speaking and writing clearly and correctly.
- Ability to manage many prospect situations simultaneously.
