The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales function. They are accountable for executing the comprehensive sales strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth for the company. The head of sales collaborates closely with cross-functional executives to align the sales efforts with the overall business objectives.
- Develop the sales strategy and oversee its implementation to ensure it is aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales execution, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to align customer requirements with the right technology solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal development,negotiation, and closing.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in hospitality technology
- Lead and manage multiple sales teams or regions, ensuring coordination and consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales processes and support business growth.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: - Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
