Amideast Egypt seeks a Professional Development Trainer for a project that focuses on the recruitment and capacity development of the differently abled in Egypt.

The Professional Development Trainer will deliver interactive and engaging content for the differently abled. S/he will also follow Amideast training methodology bringing a learner-centered, interactive approach which focuses on accessibility, enhanced role play & simulation, and collaborative learning, to adapt to professional needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The objective of this position is to instruct program trainees in the area of Professional Development in order to improve their professional working knowledge, training them how to utilize and incorporate acquired skills in order to remain relevant and valuable, as well as have opportunities to advance which, essentially, sets them up for professional success and demonstrating excellence on the job.

**_ By the end of this module, participants will be able to:_**
- Understand the basic characteristics of leadership in a professional environment
- Recognize the importance of customer-centricity in all parts of a job

Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Train participants on a set of professional skills to implement in their professional and personal lives through delivering workshops
- Meet participants expectations by identifying trainee expectations and linking to workshop objectives
- Follow Amideast instructional plan and ensuring that the materials used meet Amideast standards
- Adapt material if needed in collaboration with Amideast to meet audience profile and expectations
- Keep the attendance records of participants updated through using the requested forms
- Assess the trainers progress through completing the Amideast Trainer Evaluation Form
- Incorporate additional supplemental material such as videos, game-based activities, audio scripts, articles, case studies etc.
- Ensure that participant names are correctly spelled for issuing certificates
- Provide group and individual feedback to students.
- Training topics include:

- KPIs and self evaluation
- Leadership Skills
- Customer Centricity
