Job Summary:
The Fleet Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing fleet performance, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the transportation department. This role includes tracking fleet data, managing complaints, and providing insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to Agents' Inquiries and Data Updates:
Act as the primary point of contact for fleet agents, addressing their questions and ensuring timely updates to transportation-related data.

Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and data.

Handling Transportation Hotline Complaints:
Manage and resolve complaints received via the transportation hotline, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

Coordinate with relevant departments to address recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Tracking Cancelled Trips:
Monitor and track all cancelled trips, identifying patterns and causes.

Provide regular reports on cancellations and propose solutions to reduce cancellation rates.

Reviewing the Total Number of Daily & Monthly Trips:
Conduct daily and monthly reviews of fleet trips, ensuring accuracy in the number of trips taken.

Prepare reports detailing trip volume, performance, and any discrepancies.

Data Analysis and Recommendations:
Analyze fleet data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and operational challenges.

Provide actionable recommendations to optimize fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in fleet management, data analysis, or similar roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using fleet management software and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
