The Telecom Systems Business (TSB) Unit is creating products and solutions that cater to the worldwide telecommunications market, which is exploding with new and exciting opportunities made possible by new developments such as 5G, Internet of Things, and virtualized radio access networks (RANs). The market consists of communication service providers, managed service providers, hosting companies, content delivery network companies, cloud service providers, and consumer/enterprise web-technology providers.

**What you’ll achieve**

As a Technical Product Management Senior Advisor in TSB Customer Experience Engineering (CEE), you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. Through your technical leadership in customer engagements, you will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.

**You will**:

- Manage customer-driven product requirements throughout their entire software development lifecycle
- Support business case for improvements of new products
- Capture customer requests for enhancements and provide clear interpretation
- Drive preparation for external and internal product events’
- Create Features, Epics and User stories
- Prepare release/sprint backlog

**Essential Requirements**
- Excellent technology/engineering skills relating to design, development, test and quality
- Solid grasp of business goals and objectives as they relate to customer use cases and solutions
- Excellence in understanding competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in one or more of the following languages (Java, Golang, Python, C/C++)
- Knowledge of micro-services APIs, Web Services, JSON
- Knowledge of Container Technologies (Dockers, Kubernetes) and Containers Network Interface.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Solid technical skills in IT, datacenter, edge computing systems, Cloud, compute, storage, networking
- Technical understanding of telecommunications, 5G, software stack orchestration, security, UI/UX design
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical lead in a software development organization with a proven track record of delivering world-class products
- Strong Exposure to Telecom / Communication Service Provider environment
- Experience in system management protocols like SNMP, IPMI, Redfish/WSMAN to manage Servers and REST/SNMP/CLIs to manage networking devices
- Certifications, such as: AWS Certified, VMware Certified Network+, CCENT, CCNA or higher, LPI-2 or RHCE, VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or equivalent
