As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our technical capabilities with commercial objectives. You will lead the development and enhancement of products that drive business growth, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between technical and commercial teams. Experience with marketing tools is essential for success in this role. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as the liaison between the technical and commercial teams, ensuring a shared understanding of goals, priorities, and timelines. **Product Development**: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. **Marketing Tools Integration**: Leverage your expertise in marketing tools to integrate and optimize tools such as CRM, analytics, and other marketing technologies to enhance the eCommerce platform's performance. **Requirements Gathering**:Work closely with commercial teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements for the technical team. **Roadmap Planning**:Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. **User Experience (UX) Optimization**: Collaborate with designers to enhance the user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey. 7. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize product features, and drive continuous improvement. **Qualifications** Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in a Senior Product Manager role, with a focus on eCommerce and expertise in marketing tools. **Technical Background**: Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams. **Marketing Tools Expertise**: Proven experience working with marketing tools such as CRM, analytics, and other related technologies to drive business objectives. **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering successful product outcomes. **Strategic Thinking**: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business goals. **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
