**Purpose of the Job**

This position is accountable for Coptic Orphans' technology solution design, development, implementation, and maintenance. With solid experience in CRM system development, The position's responsibilities include acting as the second-level support for issues and inquiries, planning project schedules, and technical direction. Provide quality assurance review and evaluation of existing and new software products, ensuring Coptic Orphans' systems availability, reliability, scalability, and security**.**

**Essential** Functions and Responsibilities**
- Analyze, design, develop and implement all needed systems to ensure that users are able to do their system-related responsibilities with minimum effort and time
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Review code work for accuracy and functionality
- Act as the second level of support for issues and inquiries, perform troubleshooting as required, and lead problem-solving efforts involving internal, and external customers, outside vendors, and other support personnel and/or organizations
- Responsible for implementing needed modifications and design changes requested for the current system's functionalities, and ensuring that the System is satisfying the needs of all organizational departments.
- Stay up to date with new technology and teach other developers how to incorporate recent trends
- Generate ideas with team members and offer insightful solutions
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and successfully manage project campaigns at all stages
- Ensure systems availability and performs proactive system monitoring to identify any performance and/or data consistency issues
- Keep track of the system architecture design and ensure design compatibility

**Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems management, or related fields
- 3-5 years of related professional experience, strong experience in complex system design, implementation, and security
- Strong CRM system development and design capabilities with excellent troubleshooting skills are required, Salesforce CRM experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of DevOps automation tools
- Strong Database development experience
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented systems and their relational design
- Strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming. (Java & JavaScript programming experience is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Visualization
- Ability to identify and solve problems, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- The ability to meet deadlines and think strategically
- Ability to gather, analyze and present information and numerical data effectively, and a demonstrated, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all duties
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate/utilize the internal resource and external vendors to ensure project success and smooth delivery

**Extent of Public Contact (within and outside the organization)**
- Regular contact with staff in Cairo Office, field staff, and HQ office
- Frequent contact with external partners such as technology vendors

**Working Conditions and Environment (i.e., necessary travel, unusual work hours, etc.)**
- Limited to typical office environment such as walking, sitting, typing, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage during travel
- Occasional travel, nationally or internationally, is expected
- Working out of the official hours and on weekends may be required
