**About **The Role**:
As a Sr. System Administrator you will be monitoring our system performance and configuring new software and hardware. In addition to managing our server and network infrastructures. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design and comply with applicable ISO27001, CIS and NIST CSF standards.
- Monitor and protect against IT security threats with regular and effective oversight, testing, awareness building and employee training.
- Prepare reports on IT security issues, testing, threats and incidences on a regular basis.
- Identify and track the resolution of security incidences and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure that adequate physical security controls exist to protect sensitive data and information systems. Responsibilities include asset, building, and network protection.
- Ensure the stable operation of desktop computers (Windows and Apple OS), accessories and peripherals following established guidelines and best practices.
- Prioritize and plan required activities to ensure deliverables are met. Work with the business to resolve requirement questions.
- Management for day to day operational support activities of the IT Infrastructure & Operations Team.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming and administration.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal Technology stakeholders.
- Understanding of ITIL practices.
- Ability to manage internal and external projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Reviews appropriateness of technologies used for system components and recommends modifications and/or upgrades when necessary to keep systems operating according to defined service level agreements and operating level agreements.
- Experience implementing packages and working with vendors.
- Familiar with the different cloud providers/services.
- Fair Knowledge with SIEM Solutions and security tools.
- Experience with Dev-Ops (implementing & maintaining) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in procuring, integrating, testing, maintaining and managing the following:

- Servers, network, database, and hardware infrastructure systems and facilities.
- Workstations and firewall systems.

**Education and Experience**:

- At least 4+ years of IT experience including architecture design and deployment, systems and infrastructure planning and operations.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
