**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operation of the hotel during the night shift.
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and hotel premises.
- Handle any guest requests or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise the night shift team and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Conduct regular rounds of the hotel to ensure that all areas are in good condition and comply with hotel standards.
- Monitor and control the night audit process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute reports to the management team.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night shift.
- Ensure that all guest billing is accurate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in training and developing the night shift team members.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed during the night shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
- Proficient in using hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
