Mobile Internet Manager

**Purpose of the job**

Managing the Mobile Internet & MBB (Revenues/Traffic/Users) to achieve budget & setting the strategy for data growth & data portfolio enhancements.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Submit annual budget forecast with the budgeting team, in terms of data users; along with the planned projects.
- Lead & benefit from Strategic partnerships with digital partners ( FB, Google ,..etc.)
- Lead the development & Launching of data products and promos related to acquiring new data users from Orange Gross adds & from Existing Base.
- Responsible for the data roadmap, planning calendar promos and portfolio enhancements.
- Responsible for business reviews for upper management and group related to the internet KPIs.
- Closely monitoring data KPIs, developing reports to better understand the base.
- Monitor and enhance data NPS.
- Ongoing enhancement for data experience.
- Digitize the internet experience, moving the base to digital channels.
- Define and manage potential data segments who stopped using data or is about to stop using data in order retain customers data usage behavior through CVM team.
- Managing communication of data products with right messages and best reach including ATL, BTL, social and digital.
- Monitoring and tracking data penetrations from Gross Adds
- Responsible for increasing 4G base.

**Job specification**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor degree from a recognized university in Commerce or Business Administration.

**Experience**:

- 7-10 years experience in telecommunications marketing

**Skills and abilities**
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent with numbers & excel
- Excellent in powerpoint presentations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure effectively
- Very good English both spoken and written
- Strong Customer Orientation
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills
