**Duties & Responsibilities**:

Capgemini is hiring SAP SuccessFactors consultants for the different following roles:
**1- SAP SF Compensation Consultant**:

- To gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops.
- Write and present the detailed functional specifications.
- Validate development during qualification tests.
- Support Capgemini development team during technical design and development phase.
- Support business team during UAT Tests.
- Good To Have Skills -SAFe, Agile.
- Must To Have Skills - Business Analyst, Agile Knowledge.

**2- SAP SF CPI Integration Consultant**:

- Expertise in design, build, testing, and troubleshooting integrations built using SAP CPI.
- Work experience on developing CPI flows to integrate with SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of REST services and experience integrating with REST services.
- Should be strong in defining custom Iflows, local & exception sub-process.
- Expertise in Java Mappings, Groovy scripts, XSLT, graphical mapping.
- Within CPI, Expertise in handling integrations using SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters.
- Should have experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
- Must Have Skills : SAP Cloud Platform Integration - CPI.
- Good To Have Skills : Worked on integrations with SAP Successfactors.

**3- SAP SF EC**:

- Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module.
- Experience in HR/HCM projects.
- Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data and reporting.
- Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs.
- Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts.

**4- SAP SF RCM**:

- Implementation, Support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module.
- Must have handled minimum two end to end SF implementations.
- Good to have skills SF EC, SF ONB.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of computer engineering or any relevant studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Good hands-on experience on SuccessFactors integrations.
- Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form.
- A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
