About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer with a Mechatronics background and experience in sheet metal fabrication to support our quality operations in power generator manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect sheet metal components, mechanical assemblies, and electrical parts during all production stages
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, material specs, and tolerances
- Conduct in-process, final product, and pre-delivery inspections
- Perform mechanical and electrical tests on generator units
- Check welding quality, surface treatment, and paint thickness of sheet metal parts
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and inspection records
- Document non-conformities and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
- Support ISO 9001 implementation and continuous quality improvements
- Assist in internal audits, customer inspections, and third-party evaluations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or power equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes, welding, and mechanical assembly
- Skilled in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools
- Familiar with electrical and mechanical testing for power equipment
- Proficient in writing clear quality reports and documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and common quality tools (5 Whys, Pareto, etc.)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
