Technical Office Manager – Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for a highly experienced
QA/QC Manager
to lead all quality assurance and quality control activities across major
infrastructure projects
in Egypt. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company quality procedures, while managing and developing the QA/QC team.

Job Description

The QA/QC Manager will oversee all QA/QC processes for large-scale
infrastructure projects
, ensuring the highest engineering, safety, and compliance standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage QA/QC activities for infrastructure projects across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality procedures.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and coordinate all material testing.
  • Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, QA/QC plans, and all project quality documentation.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the QA/QC team; coordinate closely with engineering, site teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective & preventive actions, and ensure proper implementation.
  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures for infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct continuous audits and quality reviews during all project phases.
  • Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and documentation for management and client submission.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards and international best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field).
  • 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC
    , with strong exposure to
    infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, pipelines, bridges, networks, etc.)
  • Minimum
    5 years in a QA/QC Manager role
    within construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead QA/QC teams and communicate effectively with consultants and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Based in Egypt or willing to relocate.
