Warehouse Specialist

- **Job Purpose**:
Ensure all daily operations, including receiving, handling, and processing inventory, run smoothly and efficiently Your key responsibilities will revolve around shipping, receiving, and inventory management This will involve fulfilling customer orders, properly packaging items for shipment, and coordinating delivery pickups By maintaining tight control over these critical supply chain functions, you will play a vital role in delivering a superior customer experience

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the proper storage of items or goods stored in the warehouse
- Reserve space allocation for property and items or goods
- Ensure that labels for goods are updated and accurate and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location
- Ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner
- Ensure that requested goods are delivered to the appropriate requester on time
- Correctly identifies goods or items and corrects discrepancies related to their quality, nomenclature, identification, or part numbers
- Keep accurate records of maintenance by physically counting and identifying items or goods in the warehouse or stock room
- Keep accurate and detailed records and ensure correct information or details about goods or items

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Has a detailed understanding of inventory control/management systems
- Good level of English
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0 - 3 years experience
