- **Job Purpose**:
Handle all logistics tasks for import shipments Ensure that all orders are shipped on time and follow up closely with the vendors to ensure on time delivery to the factory

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the suppliers once the goods are ready in order to arrange shipping
- Arrange shipping with shipping companies and forwarders based on our agreements
- Create ACID number for each shipments and follow up with the supplier in order to upload the documents on cargo-x
- Receive the document from the supplier and review it
- Request the insurance for the shipments if required
- Deliver the documents to the custom clearance department
- Follow up with custom clearance department and the procurement team for any missing information related to the shipment
- Request the payment for the suppliers and shipping companies
- Follow up the shipment until received in the warehouse
- Refer to the procurement team if there is any issue in the goods
- Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs

- Good English Level
- Knowledge of and experience with international shipping, bookings, documentation and transportation functions

- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to take initiative
- Willingness to learn

**Qualifications**:

- BSC degree preferably in Logistics, Business, Management
- 6 - 8 years of experience
