All applicants are expected to be professional in using the computational representational and formation tools includes but not limited to paper-based design and sketches, computer-based 3D and 2D visualizations’ tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup. Strong technical background including building codes, construction materials and methods is required. Abilities to work individually or in team dealing with clients and assisting in managing and achieving their expectations are highly recommended.
