**Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine** is recruiting for **Distribution & Tender Senior Manager** to be located in **Cairo, Egypt**.

**Summary of the job**:

- Distribution & Tender Manager role is pivotal for ensuring efficient operations within a company’s distribution channels, he/she is responsible for overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location as per JNJ SOPs.
- Overseeing the tender process with distributor as per JNJ SOPs.
- Commercial leadership for the Value Optimizers Portfolio within JNJ in EGYPT.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Distribution & Tender Manager will be accountable for the commercial leadership of value optimizer portfolio distribution in EGYPT.
- Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact current & future business for the assigned brands list.
- Be the first line contact person for the distribution partners.
- Understand and analyze sales and market data to drive growth and develop markets.
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a sense of urgency.
- Ensure timely training of distributor to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance, and profitability.
- Align with internal business partner to ensure efficient distribution operation.

**Main performance measures (Performance Goals)**
- Ensure Commercial Leadership of JNJ Value Optimizer Portfolio in EGYPT as per aligned financial plans.
- Optimize On-Time Delivery from the distributor to the end user, while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Order lead time and customer satisfaction tracking through internal collaboration.
- Lost order minimization throughout close collaboration with internal stakeholders & coordinating with distributors.
- Proper tender management as per JNJ SOPs.

**Experience Required**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, science, Pharmaceutical related fields, or equivalent education, Post Graduate Studies is an asset.
- Years of Experience: Extensive Pharmaceutical industry relevant experience for 8+ preferably in multinational companies.
- Language: Arabic & English
