Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects for high-profile clients in the banking industry, ensuring successful execution within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
- Coordinate resources, including cross-functional teams, to effectively execute project plans and deliver on-time and on-budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Track and report project performance metrics, including budget utilization, timeline adherence, and quality standards, to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Familiarity with software development technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience in creating project plans, defining project scope, scheduling tasks, and managing project budgets. Significant experience in software project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading large project teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
