**Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire design process from start to finish. This includes coming up with initial concepts, creating detailed mockups, developing final designs, implementing those designs into various platforms.
- Have a knowledge of visual design principles, including but not limited to typography, color theory, layout, grids, perspective, photography, iconography, illustration, etc.
- Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- Generate fresh concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- Connect between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with industry developments.
- Stay up to date on new creative software and techniques.
- Attend creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects.
- Work with the production team to conceptualize creatives based on client’s goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide any technical support that fulfill client’s needs and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in digital creative design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and other visual assets
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in website design (HTML/CSS) and UX/UI principles are a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent color correction, typography, and composition skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization
- Ability to produce high-quality visual content within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative design solutions
- Strong English written and verbal skills
