Gtm Design Programme Manager

Role purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our GTM Design team within Group Product & Services (solutions across - Digital Apps, Security, Unified Comms, SDWAN, Cloud & Edge).

This role will encompass both programme delivery and Go To Market deliveries across a range of products, propositions and launches. You will be working closely with the Group and Local Product, Propositions, Sales and Marketing teams to build and manage a programme that will support various initiatives (such as Demand Gen, Campaigns, Product Launches etc.) to maximise our reach to our customers and will drive the business forward.

- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with demonstrable experience of the production of plans to describe stage, phase, dependency and milestones.
- Experience managing introduction of products/propositions to technology or telecoms markets.
- Able to unite, direct and motivate programme teams.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Creating a detailed programme plan, identifying the resources required, programme interdependencies and critical path
- Identify and embed measurable programme outcomes & critical success factors into the programme plan
- Formulate and manage stakeholder communications plans
- Initiate and influence relationships with and between key stakeholders, external and internal to the programme
- Ensure suitable Programme status reporting mechanisms are put in place (such as: RAIDS, performance dashboards) to track scope, outcomes and performance against agreed critical success factors, KPIs and benefits
- Produce regular, ad hoc and exception reports as required (Such as: Executive summaries, SteerCo packs.)
- Ensure all programmes meet the gate or check point criteria as set out in the GTM delivery governance framework.
- Key performance indicators:
- Governance and reporting in place within 2 weeks following kick off meetings
- Senior Stakeholder Management is satisfied with output
- RAID is maintained weekly and stored on relevant collaboration site
- Fortnightly updates issued to stakeholders by COB Friday (including updated plans)
- Lessons learned to be captured and documented at the end of each initiative and shared with stakeholders to close out engagement

- Minimum 6 years Programme Management experience in the Digital / Telco space
- Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, global teams
- Delivery focused ensuring that the requirements meet the desired objectives
- Experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies as most of our initiatives will be managed through Squads
- Ability to manage multiple programmes, programmes of differing size and complexity to meet business expectation
- Relationship building skills within a complex matrix structure with good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and flexible to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment

Preferred professional qualifications:
- Degree or postgraduate business qualification
- Programme/Programme Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PgMP)
- Safe/Agile Certification
