JOB PURPOSE
The Personal Loans Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing the sales plan for the department in coordination with Personal Loans Sales Head and following up its implementation to achieve the set goals, in addition to setting the targets of his/her Personal Loans sales officers, and overseeing their achievements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
- Supervises and oversees the implementation of the detailed sales plans of his/her Personal Loans Sales team
- Drives, manages, and tracks the performance of the his/her Personal Loans Sales team towards achieving the set business goals and targets
- Supervises and assesses the performance of his staff, in addition to monitoring their working hours, and training and developing their skills to achieve the set goals
- Conducts daily field visits with his/her team to ensure maximizing all available opportunities
- Adhere to the bank instructions on control in order to avoid any fraudulence
- Promotes EGBANK Auto Loan product through direct and cross selling techniques to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in Personal Loans Sales
- Maintains a strong relationship with EGBANK customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensures that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfills their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers
- Supervises the preparation of required periodical statistics, and pass the department achievements reports to the Personal Loans Sales Head.
- Participates in training sessions and seminars aiming at increasing knowledge of bank’s products and services as well as competitors’ products and services
- Represents the bank in the exhibitions and campaigns that the bank conduct
