A Partner facing position that requires the individual to be the key contact and decision maker for Deal Registrations, On-boarding new partners, and general Case Management. The individual works with RSA Channel Sales, Fields Sales and internal operations personnel at various levels. Manages and enforces guidelines related to Channel programs and standard Channel Rules of Engagement. It is required to understand and work with sales systems and tools. Needs to identify situations requiring escalation of unique and/or complex concerns or issues for resolution.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Manage Deal Registrations, Partner on-boarding and General inquiry cases.
- Channel System Support for internal & external users for our tools mainly Salesforce.
- Channel System/Process Trainings for internal & external users.
- Provision and maintain account profiles for both current and new channel partners

**Experience & Skills**:

- 0-2 Years of working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- Flexibility working in Asia Pacific or Americas hours
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer service skills
- High sense of urgency, excellent follow-up
- Detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Interpersonal and Conflict resolution skills
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
