**Responsibilities**:

- Lead test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and other relevant frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and testing methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in software testing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and performance testing tools.
- Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team is desirable.
