Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior QA Testing Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in IT Services and Consulting.
**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a Sr. QC Engineer with solid experience in test automation, performance testing, and a strong foundation in functional testing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through robust testing strategies, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing using modern automation tools.
- Plan and execute performance and load testing to assess system behavior under stress and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to validate new features and ensure system stability.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test design, automation, and performance validation.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and performance testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Solid understanding of functional testing, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of API testing, database validation, and security testing is a plus.
- ISTQB or other QA certifications are an advantage.
