**Job Summary**:
**This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
**Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding of the Engineering world**:

- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating engineering requirements into effective data management strategies.
- **
Data Modeling and Architecture**:

- Inspect the design and implementation of data models, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with IT/DevOps teams to optimize data architecture and infrastructure for efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- **
Data Collection, Coordination and Loading**:

- Oversee the collection of critical data from various sources and documents.
- Manage meta-data extraction, conversion to different formats, centralization, and alignment on reference data in the collaboration with maintenance teams.
- Utilize expertise in SAP and related technologies to load and integrate data efficiently.
- **
Quality Check and Reports**:

- Conduct various quality checks on collected data to ensure consistency, correctness, and completeness.
- Design, create and implement robust, user-friendly, and efficient reports and metrics in presentation, table, or dashboard views.
- **
Automatization and Deployment**:

- Automatize data collection and exchange workflow, quality check and reporting systems.
- Deploy data management tools, databases, dashboards using desktop and cloud-based solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data management roles within the Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
- Strong skills in data collection, quality assurance, and cleaning.
- Technical expertise in Python, VBA scripting and automation, SQL queries, and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledges in the creation of interactive reports and dashboards (Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with 3D design, 3D catalogs and formats transformation in the authoring tools (Aveva PDMS, Aveva E3D).
- Expertise within Aveva PI and other advanced tools for streamlined data acquisition and analysis processes.
- Document Management Systems administration and configuration.
- SAP ERP knowledges (Engineering, Construction, and Operations).
- Aveva and Hexagon authoring tools administration, setup, configuration, and maintenance on 1D/2D/3D layers.
- Development background and AI technologies implementation.
