**Job summary**:
We are looking for an experienced SAP senior PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to join our EAM team, will be responsible for delivering functional expertise, process optimization, and system enhancements to support our maintenance operations and asset management strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze existing plant maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Configure and customize SAP PM module to meet business requirements.
- Integrate PM processes with other SAP modules such as FI,MM, PP, and QM.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, interfaces, and reports.
- Lead and support system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance).
- Deliver user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of PM functionality.
- Liaise with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management to deliver agreed milestones on time.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on SAP PM configuration and implementation experience.
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP PM project implementations.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and refurbishment maintenance.
- Experience with master data setup (functional locations, equipment, task lists, BOMs).
- Familiarity with maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like FI,CO,MM and PP.
- Working with WCM (work clearance Management) and integration with PM Order
- Working with EHS module and integration with PM Order.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Knowledge of WCM plant maintenance solutions.
- Knowledge of EHS business processes.
- Familiarity with asset performance management.
- Arabic language skills (in addition to English).
