**Role Description**:
As a Senior SAP MM Consultant, you will lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, analyze business processes, and provide expert-level guidance on SAP FICO functionalities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Core Responsibilities***:

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and scope.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand procurement and supply chain business requirements, analyze processes, and provide optimal SAP MM solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas where SAP MM functionalities can address business needs and optimize procurement and supply chain processes.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, purchasing, and logistics execution, to meet business requirements and best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules, such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Sales and Distribution (SD), to achieve end-to-end process integration and data consistency.
- Lead and perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate SAP MM functionalities and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP MM configuration, master data management, and transactional processes, ensuring best practices and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Analyze and optimize SAP MM system performance, identifying and implementing performance tuning measures to enhance system response time and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to SAP MM modules, collaborating with technical teams and SAP support as needed.
- Lead and mentor junior SAP MM consultants, reviewing their work, providing guidance, and fostering their professional growth.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize SAP MM functionalities.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP MM advancements, new functionalities, and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team and incorporating best practices into implementations.
