**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with the manufacturing team to ensure that the products meet customer needs and expectations.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that the customer needs are met and the customer is satisfied with the product.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product performance issues.
- Perform field tests on the instrumentation, analyze the results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform measurements on a variety of different types of instruments including: thermometers, pressure gauges, DC power meters, etc.
- Develop test procedures and write reports describing the results of tests.
- Perform measurements on a variety of different types of instruments including: thermometers, pressure gauges, DC power meters, etc.
- Develop test plans using information from measurements and measurements reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all test plans are complete and accurate.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. **Strong problem-solving skills with ability to take initiative and make decisions without direct supervision. ** Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and oral, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people at all levels within the organization or at customer sites (i.e., customers, vendors). ** Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar software programs. **Ability to use standard office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, computers and telephone lines. ** Ability to travel within Cairo, NE or abroad (i.e., overseas) on occasion when necessary (i.e., overseas travel).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required (i.e., no experience necessary).
