Job Context: working as a **Graphic Designer** will be the creative force behind our visual identity, transforming ideas into captivating designs that resonate with our audience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing eye-catching marketing materials that bring our real estate properties to life and support our brand’s message.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**AI-Powered Design**: Utilize AI tools and platforms to generate high-quality, consistent images for various projects, including storybooks, marketing materials, and digital content.

**Social Media Graphics**: Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

**Video Production**: Produce and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media publications, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

**Brand Identity**: Develop and implement visual elements that define and strengthen the company's brand identity, including logos, color palettes, and typography.

**Digital Design**: Create visually appealing designs for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Print Design**: Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring high-quality output.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.

**knowledge, Skills, Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Experience with AI design tools and platforms.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
