**II. Role/Position**:

- Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

**III. Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- NOTE: Further discussion of the Job Description will be done during the interview._
- You will conduct further qualification and assessment to make sure that leads are qualified for the service we are offering in that way you can conclude whether or not they can be converted as potential leads or sales.
- You will be negotiating with leads & running quotations and ARV, etc.
- You have to coordinate with individuals or teams (Sales Lead and/or Cold Callers, Disposition and Transaction team) to ensure smooth sales flow and proper turnover.
- You need to manage CRM and leads database and then maintain accuracy.
- You have to do a follow-up when necessary until handled by a specific team/department for closing.

**IV. OVERALL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be fluent in English (with a neutral accent or American accent)
- Real Estate & Sales experience is an advantage
- Professional Attitude & fast-paced
- Reliable/Accountable
- Good work ethics & fully committed

**V. TECHNICAL/SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Laptop or desktop with a noise-canceling headset
- Windows operating system should be i5 and up with at least 4GB of RAM
- Internet Speed: at least 15mbps up
- Must have a backup plan for any device, power and internet for outages/issues.

**VI. SALARY AND COMPENSATION**
- $500 per month
