Full technology stack on the project - Laravel, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, WebSocket, Nginx, Docker.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related field.
- Proven experience in strategy execution, business process management, and organizational performance improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Project management experience, with a focus on driving cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.
- Knowledge of business excellence frameworks (e.g., Baldrige Criteria, EFQM Model) and performance measurement methodologies.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, performance management software, and project management tools.

**Your Mission**:
**1-Strategy Execution and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and track progress against strategic goals and milestones.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on strategy execution to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended adjustments.

**2-Benchmarking and Studies**:

- Conduct benchmarking studies to assess our company's performance against industry peers and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on benchmarking insights and industry trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

**3- Organizational Performance Improvement**:

- Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and agility.
- Implement performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across departments.

**4-Business Process Management (BPM)**:

- Lead BPM initiatives aimed at streamlining and optimizing business processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and integration to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and workflows for maximum impact.

**5-Continuous Development**:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs on strategic thinking, process improvement methodologies, and business excellence practices.
- Encourage innovation and experimentation to drive continuous development and innovation.

**Work Setup**:

- Location: #Maadi
- Work Model: Hybrid (2 days from office-3 from home)
- Working Hours: Flexible
- Fridays and Saturdays are off
