We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms. This position requires a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for crafting engaging designs that align with our brand and user needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity UI mock-ups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to continuously enhance design processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and champion the importance of user experience within the organization.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is a bonus but not required.
