The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric experiences across various digital products. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are not only visually compelling but also functional and aligned with business goals. The Senior UX/UI Designer will work under the guidance of the UX/UI Practice Lead and will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across multiple platforms and devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs to improve usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that UX/UI design aligns with business objectives, technical feasibility, and timelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge and best practices with the team and the wider organization.
- Work closely with the UX/UI Practice Lead to contribute to the overall design strategy and vision.
- Assist in developing and reviewing design guidelines, patterns, and templates to ensure consistency across products.
- Participate in R&D initiatives to explore new design approaches and technologies.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI Practice Lead in the evaluation of vendors and tools as needed.
- Support the development of training materials and conduct user manual reviews.
- Conduct awareness sessions to explain design principles, project scope, and objectives to the project team.
- Review project deliverables to ensure technical soundness, adherence to scope, and alignment with customer expectations.
- Act as a design expert on projects, providing guidance and support to junior designers when needed

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms and devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information into simple, intuitive designs.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Passionate about design solutions and willing to collaborate with the team to fulfill customer requirements.
- Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, with a flexible and responsive work style.
