**Financial & budgeting planning**
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources within budgetary constraints.
- Review and approve budget adjustments and expenditures.

**Cash Flow and Accounting**
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Perform general ledger account monitoring and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and financial stability.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and collections.

**Grants and Donors’ Financial Management**
- Manage financial aspects of grants and funding agreements.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grant expenditures.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and standards changes and ensure adherence to relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and expectations.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to reporting processes and data interpretation.
- Develop and implement reporting strategies and procedures to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders

**Personal Skills**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform detailed accounting tasks.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).MUST have strong knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting for NGOs, with different Donors Legal and Finacial Budgeting.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
