**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop financial reports and budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and cost control
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Use **QuickBooks** for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial tracking
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Provide regular financial updates and advice to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a senior accounting and finance positions
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with **QuickBooks**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus)
- Excellent command of the **English language** (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet and other financial tools
