Currently, we are searching for a Position Name to join the big team of professionals.

**Project**- IT Solutions.
**Full technology stack on the project** - Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Explainable AI (XAI).

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in ML model development and production deployment.
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in applied statistics, model validation, and optimization.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Experience designing structured pipelines for data ingestion, validation, and transformation.
- Familiarity with compliance or regulated environments (e.g., finance, health, engineering).
- Experience working with rule-based systems or constraint-based learning is a plus.
- Knowledge of explainable AI (XAI) practices and auditability tools is a plus.
- Exposure to formal logic or decision engine systems (e.g., Drools, Prolog) is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design ML models to support compliance workflows, flag violations, and guide business logic.
- Define acceptability criteria from business/compliance requirements and encode them into data pipelines.
- Develop robust feature engineering and preprocessing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, scalability, and explainability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to maintain high data quality and pipeline reliability.
- Develop monitoring systems for data drift, model degradation, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive improvements in model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
