Account Development Representative

**Job** S**ummary**
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and setting up sales meetings for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth in the B2B SaaS space.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Understand customer needs and challenges to effectively position our SaaS solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline management in our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of sales, business development, or related experience (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Fluency English is a must
