**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a
**Software Team Leader/ Manager (CDA) **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Delivery of High-Quality Software Solutions: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software by implementing best practices, quality assurance, and coding standards.

Project Success and KPI Achievement: Drive project success and meet key performance indicators through strategic planning, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives.
- Plan and coordinate software development projects, including resource allocation, task assignment, and project scheduling.
- Monitor team performance and individual contributions, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs within the team and propose relevant training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the team follows software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Track and analyze project KPIs, such as productivity, quality metrics, and delivery timelines, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and design, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- B.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Engineering
- B. Sc. in Computer science
- **
ProfessionalExperience**:

- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a software development environment.
- **
Requirements**:

- strong technical background
- Excellent C/C++ coding and debugging skills
- Good knowledge of static and dynamic architecture concepts
- Very good knowledge in Algebra and linear Math algorithms
- Very good knowledge of the Kalman Filter
- Safety ISO 26262 experience is a plus.
- Familiar with CD/CI framework
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
