They are looking to hire a Commercial Head that leads the commercial strategy and operations, driving revenue growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, sales and business development, financial management, team leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies.

Sales and Business Development: Oversee sales targets, identify opportunities, and manage client relationships.

Financial Management: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the commercial team.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow key client relationships.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Finance.

Experience: Proven experience in commercial leadership roles (Beauty industry )

Skills: Strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, leadership, and financial acumen.

Competencies:
Results-oriented, relationship-building, problem-solving, and adaptable.
