**About the Role**
As a **Marketplace Lead**, you will drive the growth and performance of our marketplace. You will be responsible for increasing sales, improving margins, and ensuring smooth operations, using data-driven insights to make commercial decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own **marketplace growth** with accountability for GMV, margins, and unit economics.
- Translate commercial targets into **monthly growth plans** using performance trends, supply availability, and demand signals.
- Lead **pricing, promotions, and incentive initiatives** to optimize revenue and contribution margin, running tests with measurable ROI.
- Build and maintain **analytical models** to enhance merchant, product, and category performance.
- Monitor **marketplace health metrics** and measure the impact of commercial actions on demand, conversion, and fulfillment.
- Use **SQL and Python** to generate insights, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven commercial decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a similar role.
- Proficient in **SQL and Python**.
- Strong **stakeholder management** skills.
