**Requirements and responsibilities**

**Duties**:

- Lead and coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress in alignment with Project Manager.
- Ensure transparency of the Scrum process and progress.
- Assist the Project Manager in providing insights into the team's progress and performance.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and refining the Product Backlog.
- Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and helping the team implement agreed-upon actions.
- Foster close collaboration within the Scrum team and with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development business domain ( Min 3 Years)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (including but not limited to Azure Boards, Jira, MS Teams, MS Project, MS Office)
- Scrum Master certifications (e.g. CSM or higher is recommended)
- Experience with different Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Technical background in software development.
