**Position**: Scrum Master

**Key Responsibilities**

**Agile Team Support**
- Assist in facilitating Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support one or more Agile teams in adhering to Scrum practices and principles
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement
- Support the team in identifying blockers and work with relevant parties to resolve them

**Scrum & SAFe Facilitation**
- Participate in SAFe-specific events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning and System Demos
- Help maintain Agile boards, metrics, and artifacts (e.g., burndown charts, sprint goals)
- Encourage the effective use of Agile tools and ensure updates to JIRA/Confluence are accurate

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with Product Owners and team members to ensure clear communication of priorities
- Act as a connection between team members and other Scrum Masters or Release Train Engineers
- Help coordinate cross-team activities and dependencies

**Learning & Continuous Improvement**
- Assist in collecting and analyzing Agile metrics to support team improvement
- Take initiative to grow knowledge of SAFe, Agile frameworks, and team dynamics

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience working in Agile teams, ideally in a Scrum Master or Agile coordinator role
- Understanding of Scrum, Kanban. SAFe principles are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a scaled Agile environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent is a plus
- Exposure to SAFe (e.g., participation in PI Planning or ART events) is a plus
- Experience working in software development or technical teams is a plus
