**Main assignments**:

- Manage recruitment both locally and internationally compliant with local regulations and market conditions in each country in accordance to company hiring processes and standards.
- Manage onboarding both in Headquarters in Iceland as well as for colleagues abroad
- Conduct trial period meetings with employees and managers
- Support employees and managers alike and answer their requests and questions
- Maintain the HR SharePoint site where we share internal company information
- Assist with various events and projects

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in HR functions
- A master degree in HRM or relevant education
- Strong team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
