**Skills**:
**Education / Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of insurance products
- 7-10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
