**About the role**:
Determining optimal pricing for the products and services to maximize the end objectives (branding, profitability or revenue generation). Accountable for contributing to analyze new projects with respect to their feasibility. Managing the submission of the annual & quarterly Marketing OPEX Budget/ forecast (commercial costs).
**About you**:
**Education**:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics or related disciplines.
- MBA is a plus.
- Good financial background/education with Sound experience in analysis of telecom business.
**Experience**:
- Min 10 years experience in TELECOM business and analysis position in reputable telecom organization.
- Very good understanding for the Telecom business.
- Clear understanding of the drivers of revenue across TELECOM segments and experience in analyzing opportunities through DIFFERENT price ALTERNATIVES.
- Extensive experience in developing pricing plans for competitive telecom operators.

- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of sales and marketing operation analysis & methodologies. AS well very good knowledge of telecom technology & generations (gsm/gprs/edge/umts/hsdpa).
- Strong economics and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, revenues, & cost accounting.
- Good strategic based knowledge of marketing.
- Leadership & Management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operations and missions with constricted deadline and ensure deliverables quality standards with good Time Management

**Department**:

**Planning, Organizing & Budgeting**:
- Plan, schedule, prioritize and manage BM activities
- Customer Insight & Performance Evaluation
- Identification of customer needs (using data mining)
- Identify predictive triggers for reactive Base Management activity
- Produce Base Management performance reports (M&E)
- Create a suite of BM customer analysis reports
- Monitor campaign brief
**Functional Management**:
- Develop and design different pricing scenarios for new portfolios, tariff plans, products & services to maintain the company pricing position in the market.
- Submit the customer base, AUPU and revenue for all market segments (consumer prepaid and postpaid, data; MI & MBB, VAS) to the budgeting team to develop the yearly budget and all budget updates

- Assist pricing analysists in analyzing the new projects/products (impact on revenues, costs, margins, market share and value share) as well as the feasibility & post-launch evaluation.
- Develop and update appropriate prices lists, standard discounts and refund policies, rebates together with the acceptable ceiling and floor prices of products/services.
**People Management**:
- Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for own function.
- Ensure a healthy working environment for the employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of direct reports, while developing them through continuous coaching and requesting relevant training courses.
